Candy Wasted was founded by siblings Shawn and La'Lah, who shared a mutual passion for sweets and creativity. The idea for their candy arrangement business sparked during a family gathering when they noticed how much joy their homemade candy creations brought to friends and relatives. Inspired by the positive feedback and their entrepreneurial spirit, Shawn and La'Lah decided to turn their hobby into a business.
They started small, creating unique and visually stunning candy arrangements for local events and parties. Their business quickly gained popularity, thanks to their attention to detail, innovative designs, and commitment to quality. To formalize their venture, they obtained a Doing Business As (DBA) license and opened a business bank account, setting the foundation for future growth.
Through hard work, creativity, and a focus on customer satisfaction, Candy Wasted grew from a simple idea into a thriving business, inspiring the creation of the Candy Wasted Entrepreneurship Training Program.
